Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Japanese Language Education, Japanese Literature, or a related field.
• Proficient in Japanese, with a minimum JLPT N2 certification; JLPT N1 preferred.
• Experience teaching Japanese, preferably at a Japanese Language Training Institution (LPK).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills to guide students and support job prep.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating job interviews between students and companies, including preparing students' CVs.
• Source potential candidates from other Japanese Language Training Institutions (LPK) and conduct initial interviews.
• Manage the procurement of equipment and supplies required by the Education Department.
• Support Japanese teachers in daily activities, including student guidance, daily life supervision, and FMD (afternoon sports) activities.
