Job summary

BINUS Group is seeking an experienced Japanese language educator in Jakarta Barat to teach multiple levels and supervise curriculum development. The role includes leading teaching staff, ensuring daily academic and operational excellence, and supporting enrollment growth through marketing partnerships.

The ideal candidate has native Japanese proficiency, a bachelor’s degree in any field, and at least five years of teaching or related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 5 years of teaching/working experience.
• Native Japanese speaker required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Conversational English or Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat.
