Our client, a Japanese restaurant operator in Jakarta, is seeking a Japanese Speaker Restaurant Supervisor. You will oversee store operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. Fluency in Japanese is required; English CV accepted.

Qualifications

• High conversational level Japanese (N3 level acceptable if communication is possible).
• Restaurant experience preferred (part-time welcome).
• Strong motivation to work in store operations and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise store staff, including shift scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Support sales promotion activities and overall sales/operation management.
• Coordinate with business partners and support negotiations when necessary.
• Support new store openings and manage store equipment and operations.
• Provide Japanese translation support and facilitate internal communication.
• Work hands-on in store operations, including cooking and customer service when required.
• Participate in training and development programs for future roles in new formats and top-store management.
• Other related tasks as assigned.
