RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a Japanese Teacher Assistant for an open-minded fresh graduate. The role supports teachers, supervises students, helps with daily classes, tests, and documentation, and facilitates Japanese conversation practice.

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise students during sports and physical activities
• Support teachers in checking and reviewing students' assignments and learning tasks
• Support the supervision of daily classes, learning activities, and daily tests
• Assist students in improving their Japanese conversation and communication skills through regular practice
• Coordinate and assist with JFT and SSW test registration and reservations
• Coordinate with the Documentation Team regarding the preparation and processing of students' required documents and letters
• Monitor students' daily activities, discipline, and learning progress while providing necessary assistance
• Perform other duties and operational tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the LPK
• Other duties as assigned
