Job summary

PT PHARMA SOLUTION INDONESIA seeks a multilingual Customer Relations Specialist to manage online inquiries, coordinate budget matching, and support the end-to-end service process for Indonesian clients with overseas partners.

You will bridge Indonesian and Japanese communications, interpret and coordinate documents, and maintain high-net-worth client service standards in a cross-cultural environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Indonesian and Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) with strong business communication.
• Studied abroad or worked overseas; direct international experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, medical field experience preferred.
• Professional and patient communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Receive online inquiries from interested customers through various channels and match budgets.
• Follow up on the entire customer service process according to SOP and complete end-to-end service.
• Act as language bridge between Indonesian clients and overseas partners, incl. interpreting and document coordination.
• Provide daily customer maintenance, follow-up visits, and build a private repurchase system.
• Engage with high-net-worth clients with professional and gentle communication.

Job description

Receive online inquiries from interested customers through various channels, deeply explore customer needs, and complete preliminary screening and customer budget matching

Follow up on the entire customer service process, strictly according to the company's SOP standards, and complete the full closed-loop service of preliminary screening, contracting, visa processing, overseas service coordination, and follow-up after returning home

Serve as the language and communication bridge between Indonesian clients and overseas partners — assist with interpreting, document coordination, and on-the-ground communication support during the client's overseas trip

Responsible for daily customer maintenance and regular return visits, improving customer satisfaction, incubating old customer referral reputation, and building a private domain repurchase and fission system

About you

Bilingual proficiency is a must — fluent in Indonesian and Japanese (minimum JLPT N2), with strong written and verbal business communication skills

Must have studied abroad or worked overseas for a period of time — direct international experience is required to understand cross-cultural service standards, and global communication norms

Bachelor's degree or above, no major restriction; experience in the medical field highly preferred

Professional and gentle communication, patient and meticulous, with excellent service awareness and the ability to serve high-net-worth clients
