Job summary

PT Fata Organa Solusi, in partnership with CAC Holding Japan, seeks a Business Analyst to bridge Japanese clients and our Indonesia-based engineering team. You will lead requirements, document precisely, and ensure decisions are validated before work begins.

You will collaborate across stakeholders, map processes, and validate outcomes with clear acceptance criteria. English fluency tested at interview and knowledge of SQL is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business analysis on software or digital projects.
• Experience with Japanese clients or in a Japanese company is a plus.
• Proven ability to write precise requirement specs and use cases.
• Strong written communication for formal client reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement definition with Japanese clients and produce formal documentation.
• Report status and consult early with client, PM, and Tech Lead.
• Build consensus ahead of meetings (nemawashi) for decisions.
• Document current and future-state workflows and data flows.
• Ensure acceptance criteria and measurement baselines before start.
