Job summary

PT JAC Consulting Indonesia seeks a Japanese-speaking Sales Manager to lead business development efforts targeting Japan-based clients and Indonesian training providers. You will build partnerships, develop sales strategies, and expand the company’s client network in the Japanese market.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in BD/B2B sales, strong Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2/N1), and experience with SSW/Tokutei Ginou ecosystems or related Japan workforce businesses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in BD, B2B sales, marketing or related field.
• Experience dealing with Japanese companies is preferred.
• Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2/N1) required.

Responsibilities
