Job summary

BINUS Group is seeking a dedicated coordinator to manage end-to-end departures of students and candidates to Japan. You will oversee the selection through departure, ensuring contracts, visas, COEs, and documents are complete and compliant.

You will maintain proactive communication with Japanese partners, collaborate with internal teams to prepare candidates, monitor timelines, and keep archives and reports up to date. Willingness to be placed in West Jakarta is required.

Qualifications

• JLPT N2 level required
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• Experience in a company with Japanese business relations preferred
• Strong documentation handling and administrative skills
• Ability to manage schedules and timelines effectively
• Proficient in business Japanese for emails and speaking
• Willing to be placed at West Jakarta

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the departure timeline from selection to departure
• Maintain intensive communication with Japanese companies, supervising organizations, and partners via verbal and formal email
• Coordinate preparation and completeness of departure documents (contracts, visas, COE, etc.)
• Collaborate internally with the training team and management to ensure readiness
• Handle follow-up requests from Japanese partners regarding candidate data or documents
• Ensure all processes meet timeline and administrative standards set by partners and authorities
• Prepare and maintain documentation archives and operational reports related to candidate placement in Japan
