Job summary

Adam Smith International (ASI) is seeking an Operations Manager to support efficient, timely and compliant programme operations for Sage-2 in Jakarta and across priority countries. The role covers procurement, travel, logistics, vendor management, and financial administration within a two-year, possibly extendable contract.

The position requires strong English and Bahasa Indonesia, five years of relevant experience, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in business administration, finance, management or international development.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support in Jakarta and across priority countries.
• Maintain the Operations Manual and procedures; oversee procurement, travel, and logistics.
• Coordinate office facilities, IT, assets and vendor relations; manage documentation and approvals.
