Elastic, the Search Analytics company, seeks a dynamic Mid-Market Account Executive focused on Indonesia, residing in Jakarta. You will drive net-new revenue and expansion, moving beyond transactions to solve complex data problems with Elastic’s Search, Observability, and Security platform.

You will engage as a trusted advisor, craft tailored value narratives, and collaborate across Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals and drive territory growth.

Qualifications

• Mid-Market Accounts in Indonesia with proven quota attainment.
• Experience selling SaaS with a subscription model in Mid-Market segments.
• Ability to articulate Elastic’s Search, Observability, and Security value.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new revenue and expansion within Mid-Market Accounts in a defined territory.
• Adopt Elastic’s AI-powered search solutions, Observability and Security in Indonesia.
• Position Elastic as the platform of choice through value-based selling and cloud fluency.
• Identify new use cases and manage complex sales cycles from discovery to close.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps.
• Develop strategic plans and accurate forecasts using formal close plans and CRM.
