Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a dynamic Mid-Market Account Executive for Indonesia. You will drive net-new revenue and expansion within Mid-Market Accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and helping customers transform data into actionable insights with Elastic’s AI-powered search and observability platforms.

You will articulate cloud economics and pricing models, identify new use cases, and lead complex negotiations.

Qualifications

• Experience in mid-market SaaS sales, ideally in Indonesia.
• Proven track record of overachieving in revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive Adoption: Fuel Elastic’s AI-powered search, Observability and Security solutions within Indonesia Mid-Market accounts and deepen existing relationships.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: help customers harness search analytics to derive actionable insights.
• Domain & cloud acumen: discuss cloud economics, usage-based pricing, and modern data architectures.
• Solve Complex Problems: address data challenges beyond transactions.
• Champion Open Source: articulate value of advanced commercial features while supporting Open-Source offerings.
• Identify New Use Cases: show how Elastic enables more efficient, intelligent work.
• Strategic Planning: develop business plans with ecosystems to drive territory growth.
• Navigate Sales Cycles: identify opportunities and manage complex sales cycles.
• Deep discovery & qualification: uncover pain, impact, budget, and decision criteria (MEDDPICC).
• Cross-functional partnership: align with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps.
