Nuraeni Darsa & Associates, based in Jakarta, seeks a full-time associate to research laws and draft memos, opinions, and transaction documents. You will prepare client-ready materials and presentations for internal use.
The role requires strong research, drafting, and communications skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Ideal candidates hold a law degree, admission to the Indonesian Bar (or pursuing it) and have experience in corporate, finance, or governance advisory work.
Competenze
- Strong legal research and analytical skills for Indonesian laws, regulations, and court decisions.
- Excellent drafting and writing for memoranda, contracts, opinions, and client communications.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear presentations and reports for boards, executives, and investors.
- Proficient in professional communication, including client-facing interaction and meeting preparation.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
