Dwinanto Strategic Legal Consultant (DSLC) in Jakarta seeks an experienced legal consultant with a Law degree to join our practice. The ideal candidate has 4–5+ years of experience and deep knowledge in corporate law, bankruptcy, debt restructuring, arbitration, and dispute resolution.

Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills, plus strong negotiation and bilingual English and Indonesian communication, are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
• 4–5+ years of experience as a legal consultant.
• Knowledge of corporate law, bankruptcy law, debt restructuring, arbitration, and dispute settlement.
• Excellent analytical, research, and drafting abilities.
• Strong negotiation and bilingual English/Indonesian communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Mansioni

• Assist Partners in handling projects with deep research and drafting documents.
• Prepare materials for meetings and seminars.
• Represent clients in court, government institutions, or meetings.
• Correspond with clients, counterparts, court representatives, and other parties.
• Represent Partners or the Firm at seminars and conferences.
• Provide updates and reports to Partners regularly.

Responsibilities:

Assisting Partners in handling projects including conducting deep research and drafting legal documents;

Assisting Partners in preparing materials for meetings and seminars;

Representing clients in court, government institutions, or meetings;

Correspondence with clients, counterparts, court representatives, or other parties;

Representing Partners or Firm in social and corporate events such as seminars and conferences;

Providing updates and reports to Partners periodically.
