Qantev is seeking a contract Business Analyst to join our Delivery team from Jakarta, Indonesia, working with clients remotely and on-site as needed. You will bridge client operations and our Technical Project Manager, translating business needs into practical SaaS configurations.

You will facilitate workshops, document requirements, and support the implementation lifecycle from SIT to go-live, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in SaaS or software implementation projects.
• Experience in health insurance or insurance industry is a plus.
• Strong workshop facilitation and client-facing communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Understand client processes and objectives through workshops and interviews.
• Gather, structure, and document business and technical requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications for the platform.
• Support configuration, testing, SIT/UAT, and deployment preparations.
