Qantev is seeking a contractor or freelance Business Analyst fluent in Bahasa to join our Delivery team from distance in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will translate client business needs into effective SaaS solutions and act as a bridge between client teams and our Technical Project Manager.

You will document requirements, facilitate workshops, and support platform configuration, testing, and deployment across the project lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in SaaS, software implementation, or tech consulting.
• Healthcare/insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with professional English proficiency; strong documentation skills.
• Based in Jakarta and able to work on-site occasionally; freelance contract.

Tasks

We are looking for a contractor or freelance Business Analyst that speaks Bahasa to join our Delivery team from distance in Jakarta (Indonesia) and work closely with clients to translate their business and operational needs into effective SaaS solutions.

In this role, you will act as a key bridge between the client's operational and technical teams and our Technical Project Manager. You will be responsible for understanding how our clients operate, analyzing their processes and requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications, facilitating workshops and supporting the configuration and implementation of our platform.

Key Responsibilites

Business and Technical Analysis and Documentation:

• Work closely with client stakeholders to understand their business processes, operational workflows, pain points, and business objectives through workshops, interviews and working sessions.
• Gather, structure, and document business and technical requirements
• Analyze the data end-to-end flow, particularly for claims management, adjudication, policy administration, etc.
• Work with the Technical Project Manager and technical/product teams to ensure requirements are understood and translated into implementable solutions.

Solution Configuration and Implementation:

• Support the configuration of the platform based on agreed business requirements and processes.
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and potential operational risks, and proactively raise them with the Technical Project Manager.
• Support troubleshooting and investigation of functional issues during implementation and testing.

Client Workshops and Stakeholder Management:

• Support the preparation and facilitation of client workshops and materials.
• Lead or co-lead selected functional workshops with client business stakeholders.
• Support clients during SIT and UAT and preparation for deployment.

Project Delivery and Testing:

• Support the Technical Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, SIT, UAT, and go-live preparation.
• Contribute to project planning.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or similar role.
• Experience working in a SaaS, software implementation, consulting, or technology environment.
• Experience in the health insurance / insurance industry is a plus.
• Comfortable working directly with clients (business and technical teams) and facilitating workshops.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Native fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and strong professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, and able to work occasionally on-site at our client's location.
• Freelance contract.
