Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Software Documentation (BRD, FSD, UAT Scenarios).
• Experience as a Business Analyst in the Insurance Industry.
• Have a risk management certification with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle user requests by gathering detailed user requirements and providing proposed solutions.
• Establish specifications and coordinate production with programmers.
• Produce Functional Specification & UAT plan and assist in user training.
