Job summary

PT Mitra Mandiri Informatika is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our IT solutions team in Jakarta. You will analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and coordinate with stakeholders across projects to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields, 4–5 years of experience in business analysis or system analysis, and strong knowledge of SDLC, UAT, and documentation. IFRS context is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Actuarial Science, Economics, Risk Management, or related discipline.
4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, System Analyst, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of business analysis activities including requirement gathering, business process analysis, functional specification, solution design, testing, UAT, and project documentation.
Understanding of Risk Management, IFRS 17, IFRS 9, and insurance business processes will be advantageous.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.

Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Lead business process analysis and design of IT solutions to meet business needs.
Contribute to testing, UAT, and comprehensive project documentation to ensure successful delivery.
Maintain strong communication and coordination with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
