Job summary

Telkomuniversity is seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for IT issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the organization. The role focuses on end-user support, device management, and basic IT infrastructure troubleshooting.

The successful candidate will have a D3/S1 degree or higher, good written and verbal communication, and foundational knowledge of Linux and networking.

Requirements:

• D3, D4 or S1 (Fresh Graduates are welcome).
• Understanding basic IT knowledge.
• Have a good communication skill (written and verbal).
• Have basic knowledge and skills related to Linux operating systems and networking.
• Those selected to operate a data center as a DCO must be willing to work in 24/7 shift mode.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze and solve problems related to end user devices such as PCs, Notebooks and Printers along with the operating system and supporting software.
• This position will carry out the role of IT Helpdesk, IT Field Support or DCO which will be determined later based on the results of technical tests and interviews.
