Job summary

Stedi Talent Solution is seeking an IT Technical Lead / Forward Deployed Engineer to work with a US-based AI client on backend services and APIs. The role requires strong leadership in technical meetings with US clients and hands-on backend development across Go, Ruby, Python, or Node.js.

You will design scalable microservices, integrate with third-party platforms, and ensure reliability and performance with modern observability techniques. Remote work across US time zones is expected.

Qualifications

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Client-Facing Backend Engineer with a strong focus on backend development to join our growing team. As a Client-Facing Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining their software applications. You will work closely with our client and be expected to drive their technical meetings and discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively takes initiative and communicates clearly with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
