Job summary

Stedi Talent Solution is seeking an IT Technical Lead / Forward Deployed Engineer to work with a US-based AI client on backend services and APIs. The role requires strong leadership in technical meetings with US clients and hands-on backend development across Go, Ruby, Python, or Node.js.

You will design scalable microservices, integrate with third-party platforms, and ensure reliability and performance with modern observability techniques. Remote work across US time zones is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).
• Business level English proficiency.
• Willingness to work in US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical meetings and discussions with US clients.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Build reliable, secure, high-performance microservices.
• Develop integrations with third-party platforms and internal AI services.
• Design and optimize databases, caching strategies, and messaging systems.
• Ensure system reliability, observability, and performance through monitoring and testing.
• Collaborate with Product, AI, and Frontend teams to deliver features quickly.
• Participate in architectural discussions and make technical decisions balancing speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance.
