Job summary

STEDI Talent Solution is seeking an AI Product Manager - Commercial & ConTech to lead product strategy for an AI-powered construction platform. You will own model quality, UX for domain experts, and commercial growth, including demos and PV engagements with US clients.

You will collaborate with engineering on accuracy, define the trust ladder, and drive revenue outcomes while shipping next-generation CAD-aware plan tools with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI product roadmap end-to-end from input (Revit, AutoCAD, PDF) to outputs (takeoffs, analyses).
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineering on model performance, accuracy targets, and labeling feedback.
• Own commercial outcomes including pipeline, PV engagements, and net-new accounts.
• Define trust ladder for autonomous vs human-reviewed outputs in workflows.
• Ship plan viewers and measurement overlays with design/engineering teams.
• Lead weekly live customer sessions and accuracy reviews with US clients and engineers.

About The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced AI Product Manager - Commercial & ConTech to join their growing team. In this role, you will own the product strategy, AI model quality, user experience, and commercial growth of an AI-powered construction product, with a particular focus on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) workflows.

This is a true build-and-sell PM role. You will work with complex construction plans, specifications, and CAD/BIM drawings to develop AI-powered outputs such as quantity takeoffs, equipment schedules, and clash risks. You will also be the commercial face of the product, running product demos, working with customers on proof-of-value projects, and helping close new business.

What We're Looking For:

• AI/ML Product Ownership – Strong background shipping products where AI/ML model output forms the primary user experience.
• Human-in-the-Loop Design – Exceptional intuition for designing review UX for domain experts who need absolute accuracy before trusting automated outputs.
• Commercial & Revenue Ownership – Hands-on experience carrying revenue accountability, running first-call demos, and closing deals directly.
• Technical Blueprint / CAD Depth – Comfort reading complex architectural/engineering plans, CAD/BIM drawings, and technical scope specifications.
• Data-Driven Execution – Default to measuring and shipping, tying every roadmap decision back to model accuracy, time saved, or revenue generated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the AI product roadmap end-to-end, covering document ingestion (Revit, AutoCAD, PDF plan sets) to structured outputs (quantity takeoffs, scope-gap analysis, RFI drafts).
• Partner closely with AI/ML engineering on model performance, setting accuracy standards per scope, maintaining labeling feedback loops, and tracking metrics (precision, recall, F1).
• Own commercial outcomes for the product line, including pipeline generation, proof-of-value engagements, and landing net-new accounts.
• Define and refine the \"trust ladder,\" establishing what the AI handles autonomously versus what requires human estimator review.
• Ship next-generation plan viewers, measurement overlays, and system-aware editing tools in collaboration with design and engineering.
• Run weekly live customer sessions and accuracy reviews with US-based clients and engineering leads to identify product issues, catch edge cases, and improve the product based on customer feedback.

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of professional experience, ideally including Product Management experience with direct ownership of AI/ML-powered products
• Proven track record of owning model-quality metrics (precision, recall, F1, human-review rates) alongside standard product metrics.
• Prior revenue accountability (e.g., founding PM at an early-stage startup, technical PM who closed deals, or a hybrid PM/GTM role).
• Fluent English communication skills with executive presence to conduct live demos and close sales calls with US-based executives.
• Indonesia Citizen with availability to overlap 3 to 4 hours daily with San Francisco leadership
