Job summary

PT ABISHAR TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA is seeking an IT Support professional based in Jakarta. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields and at least 1 year of experience in IT support.

Candidates should be proficient with Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell, networking, and basic Linux/ virtualization concepts. The position is based at head office with a potential Saturday duty and occasional deployment outside the area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Management, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in Windows Server 2012–2019 & Active Directory.
• Proficient in Windows 10–11 & Windows PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of Internetworking, TCP/IP, LAN & WAN.
• Familiar with SD-WAN & WAN Optimizer.
• Knowledge of Endpoint Security & Antivirus Systems.
• Experience with Endpoint Management & Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Experience with NAS, Backup & Replication.
• Understanding of Virtualization & Linux.
• Basic administration experience with SQL Database 2012–2016.
• Willing to be assigned and placed outside the area when required.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Based at Head Office (HO), with possible Saturday duty/piket depending on operational needs.
