Job summary

PT Navitasys Technology Indonesia is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Cikande, Indonesia. You will provide first- and second-line IT support to internal users and help install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals.

You will manage user accounts via Active Directory, monitor network performance, and keep IT asset inventory and documentation up to date. The role requires 3–5 years of IT experience, proficiency with Windows, basic Linux, and strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT experience.
• Proficient in Windows OS; basic Linux knowledge is a plus.
• Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line IT support to internal users.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts and access rights via Active Directory.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Support routine system maintenance and security patching.
