Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Infrastructure Support.
• Hands-on experience administering Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, routing, switching, firewall concepts).
• Experience with virtualization platforms VMware vSphere/ESXi or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS principles.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for end users across hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Administer AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server environments.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs).
• Maintain virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere/ESXi or Hyper-V).
• Monitor performance, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to incidents promptly.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and SOPs; support security initiatives.
• Assist implementing ISO/IEC 27001 ISMS controls and audit support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for reliable IT operations.
