Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support, Application Support, or System Operations.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot basic application logic and source code.
• Good understanding of databases and basic SQL queries.
• Familiarity with API, REST, JSON, and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience reading application logs and using basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with software development processes such as testing, deployment, and version control.
• Experience supporting web-based applications, dashboards, or digital platforms (Fintech/Banking or Digital Platforms preferred).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken (read technical docs and communicate with vendors).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, with a strong willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system, application, dashboard, and integration performance.
• Handle and troubleshoot user and system-related incidents, performing initial issue analysis and basic data validation.
• Monitor application processes, reports, data synchronization, and system integrations.
• Support application deployment, system updates, testing, and user access management.
• Escalate complex issues to Developer, Data, Infrastructure, or external vendors when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues effectively.
• Identify recurring issues and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and preventive actions.
• Maintain IT tickets, incident records, technical documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
• Prepare periodic IT support and incident reports.
