Job summary

PT Mitra Solusi Telematika in Indonesia is seeking a Specialist IT Security & Infrastructure to maintain and strengthen the security and IT infrastructure of the organization. Based in Cilandak, Jakarta, this full-time role will protect information assets and ensure reliable technology operations.

You will manage networks, servers, databases and applications across head office and subsidiaries, implement security controls, monitor for threats, and produce regular status reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT security-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, and IAM.
• Experience with security assessments and incident response.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and secure the company IT infrastructure across offices.
• Protect systems from cyber threats with security tools.
• Ensure stable LAN connectivity across sites and subsidiaries.
• Conduct monitoring, audits, and detect anomalies.
• Perform network and firewall testing, patch deployment, and protocol updates.
• Produce regular security status reports and maintain assets.
