Job summary

Eatwell Culinary Indonesia is seeking an IT System Support professional to handle system issues across outlets, head office and warehouses. You will maintain IT service levels and perform UAT for new systems.

Responsibilities include creating a user-friendly manual for the new system and administering existing build systems. A Bachelor's degree in IT and about two years of experience are required, with a good understanding of ERP and PHP being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
• Around 2 years experience as IT System Support/IT Service Desk.
• Good understanding of F&B business.
• Good understanding of IT systems (ERP).
• Experience creating UAT documentation.
• Familiarity with programming languages (PHP) preferred.
