Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1-2 years of IT Support or Help Desk experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
• Proficiency in managing network protocols and basic networking concepts.
• Experience with IT ticketing and asset management systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with a methodical approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line technical support to end users via telephone, email, and remote access tools.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including computers, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within the IT infrastructure.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and patch management.
• Document and track all support tickets from creation through resolution using ticketing systems.
• Provide technical guidance and training to end users on IT systems and best practices.
• Assist in monitoring network performance and identifying potential issues before they escalate.
• Support the deployment of new IT solutions and infrastructure upgrades.
• Maintain IT security protocols and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
