Job summary

PT.Indoporlen (Calderys Indonesia) is seeking an IT Support professional to administer end-user equipment operations and support IT infrastructure in a mid-to-large company environment in Bekasi, West Java. You will manage inventory, deployments, account provisioning, and software licenses, provide user training, and contribute to continuous process improvements within the Calderys Business System.

Requirements include a CS/IS/SE degree, 4 years IT Support experience, AD knowledge, and fluency

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering.
• 4 years of total experience in IT Support within a mid to large size company.
• Demonstrated ability using a ticketing system.
• Familiar with MS Office, computer hardware and peripheral devices, Imaging techniques, Desktop, Server operating systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory is required.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• English fluently is a must.
• Willing to be placed in Bekasi, West Java.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-user equipment operations including inventory management, configuration, deployment and support (PCs, Printers, Desk Phones and Phone System, Cell Phones, and A/V equipment) software and software license administration.
• Administer account operations including creation, configuration and audit of network and system-specific accounts.
• Perform project-based tasks associated with developing new processes and procedures to support business requirements.
• Perform end-user training for general device, network, business systems and PC software
• Support the Calderys Business System (CBS) including 5S by identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous process improvement as metrics warrant.
