PT Pratama Interdana Finance (YesssCredit) is seeking an IT Support Specialist to manage core IT infrastructure and provide day-to-day technical support. You will administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and virtualization platforms, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and drive improvements.

The role emphasizes secure IT operations, asset management, and adherence to internal security policies, including ISO/IEC 27001 controls and documentation

Qualifications

• Experience administering Active Directory including group policy, DNS and DHCP.
• Hands-on work with Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong understanding of Windows Server environments and virtualization.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and network devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for end users and devices.
• Administer and maintain AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server environments.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and Azure AD.
• Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs).
• Maintain virtualization platforms to ensure high availability and performance.
• Monitor systems, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for end users, including hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Administer and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server environments.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Teams, and SharePoint.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless connectivity.
• Manage and maintain virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware or Hyper-V) to ensure high availability and performance.
• Monitor system performance, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and standard operating procedures. Support IT security initiatives and ensure compliance with internal security policies and best practices.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining information security controls aligned with ISO/IEC 27001, including documentation, access management, asset management, and audit support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure reliable IT operations and continuous service improvement.
