Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in IT or related field.
• GPA 2.75/4.00 (if recent graduate).
• 2–3 years IT experience; Senior 4–5 years.
• Experience in ISP field.
• Certifications valued: CompTIA A+/Network+, CCNA, MCSA, AWS, Linux Foundation.
• Proficiency with Windows Server and Linux.
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, firewall.
• Server admin & core services: AD, security policies, backup, recovery.
• Databases: MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
• InfoSec concepts, data protection, cyber threat prevention.

Job description

This role involves managing, monitoring, and maintaining the company's core IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and central services to ensure stable 24/7 operation. You will handle system installations, configurations, updates, user account management, security policies, data backup strategies, and system performance monitoring. You will also manage advanced IT incidents, implement information security standards, maintain technical documentation, collaborate with developers and vendors, provide technical guidance to support teams, evaluate new technologies, and ensure all IT activities comply with company policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

Manage, monitor, and maintain all core servers, networks, and central company services to ensure stable 24/7 operation

Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and hardware for servers and networks

Manage user accounts, access rights, security policies, and directory and authentication services

Plan and execute data backup strategies and test recovery procedures to ensure data safety and recoverability

Monitor system and network performance, detect potential issues, and perform capacity upgrades as needed

Handle advanced IT incidents and disruptions that cannot be resolved by first-level support teams

Implement information security standards: security updates, firewall configuration, threat detection, and unauthorized access prevention

Create and update technical documentation: network architecture, system configurations, operating procedures, and change logs

Collaborate with developers and vendors for system integration, new equipment installation, and technical problem resolution

Provide technical guidance to support teams and other users regarding system and core service usage

About you

Minimum D3/S1 education in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field

Minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4.00 (if recent graduate)

Minimum 2–3 years of work experience in related field; for Senior positions minimum 4–5 years

Experience in ISP field

Certifications valued: CompTIA A+/Network+, CCNA, MCSA, AWS Certified, Linux Foundation, or similar

Proficiency with operating systems: Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS/RedHat)

Understanding of computer networks: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, firewall, routing and switching

Proficiency in server administration and core services: Active Directory, user management, security policies, backup and data recovery

Understanding of databases: basic to intermediate SQL (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)

Understanding of information security concepts, data protection, and cyber threat prevention
