Job summary

Mamikos is seeking an IT Support professional in Yogyakarta to install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and OS, while managing access and password resets. The role standardizes workstation specs and ensures smooth network operations across Wi‑Fi, LAN, and routing equipment.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
At least 2 years in IT Support, System/Network Administration, or related area.
Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Wi‑Fi, LAN, routers and switches.
Experience with IT procurement, inventory, asset tagging and licensing.
Proficient in IT administrative tasks, invoicing, and license tracking.
Excellent networking, communication, and vendor management skills.
Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and troubleshoot employee hardware and OS; manage user access and password resets.
Assess job role requirements to standardize workstation specs.
Monitor and resolve office network issues; coordinate with ISPs and vendors.
Handle asset tagging, logging, and routine stock inventory of IT equipment.
Manage device procurement requests, purchasing requisitions, and dispatches.
Oversee software licenses, audit usage, and renew subscriptions timely.
Maintain documentation, support tickets, and IT operations reports.
