Job summary

BTPN Syariah is seeking an IT Strategy professional in Indonesia to lead strategic analysis and innovation initiatives that align technology with business goals. The role focuses on developing the IT Innovation Roadmap, evaluating opportunities, and guiding PoC and pilot projects from feasibility to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovation opportunities to support strategic objectives and business growth.
• Develop and maintain the IT Innovation Roadmap by assessing business needs, evaluating technology opportunities, and recommending initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
• Lead and coordinate PoC, pilot projects, and innovation initiatives, including feasibility assessments and implementation recommendations.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify innovation opportunities, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment between technology initiatives and organizational priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks, criteria, and decision-making processes for innovation initiatives while ensuring compliance with IT governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements, and tracking benefits realization outcomes.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
