• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and communicate across business and IT teams.
• Ability to drive governance, risk, and regulatory alignment for IT initiatives.
• Proven track record in IT strategy, digital transformation, or IT planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovation opportunities to support strategic objectives and business growth.
• Develop and maintain the IT Innovation Roadmap by assessing business needs, evaluating technology opportunities, and recommending initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
• Lead and coordinate PoC, pilot projects, and innovation initiatives, including feasibility assessments and implementation recommendations.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify innovation opportunities, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment between technology initiatives and organizational priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks, criteria, and decision-making processes for innovation initiatives while ensuring compliance with IT governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements, and tracking benefits realization outcomes.
