Job summary

SabiKerja is seeking a Product Manager - Sales to drive growth by managing relationships with principals, crafting sales strategies, and expanding market opportunities. You will lead the Sales and Presales teams to hit targets and strengthen the company’s position in IT solutions.

The role requires a strong track record in IT sales, leadership experience, and the ability to develop comprehensive business plans.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in IT Sales or Product Sales.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing teams.
Proven experience in IT sales with a strong track record of achieving business targets.
Experience in an IT distributor is highly preferred.
Experience handling software and/or security products is a strong advantage.
Strong strategic mindset, stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Strong business development and sales planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strategic relationships with principals and internal stakeholders.
Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts and identify new business opportunities.
Lead, manage, and develop Sales and Presales teams.
Drive sales growth for IT solutions, particularly software and security products.
Collaborate with internal teams and principals to ensure effective product and sales strategies.
