PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH) is seeking a skilled 365 Developer for a contract role in South Jakarta.

You will build and maintain web applications within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet client objectives and technical requirements. The ideal candidate has strong English communication, hands-on experience with SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate, plus SQL and API integration expertise.

Qualifications

Fluent English communication, written and spoken.
Proven experience developing apps in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Database knowledge with SQL in Microsoft 365 environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with Git version control.
Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.

Responsabilités

Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Microsoft 365 technologies.
Design scalable web solutions aligned with project specs and business needs.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate requirements into solutions.
Test applications to identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.
Write clean, well-documented code following best practices and standards.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications for performance and UX.

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and fluent English-speaking 365 Developer to join our dynamic web development team at PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH) in South Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a contract position that offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting‑edge web development and production projects. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications and digital solutions using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions that meet our clients’ business objectives and technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

Develop, code, and maintain web applications and solutions utilising Microsoft 365 technologies and tools

Design and implement scalable web solutions that align with project specifications and business requirements

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Conduct thorough testing of applications to identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities

Write clean, well‑documented, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards

Troubleshoot and debug existing applications to optimise performance and user experience

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to web development and the Microsoft 365 platform

Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project progress, technical challenges, and solutions

What we're looking for

Fluency in English: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be working with international teams and clients

Microsoft 365 Expertise: Proven experience developing applications and solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related tools

Database Knowledge: Experience working with databases and SQL, particularly in relation to Microsoft 365 environments

Problem‑Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently

Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems such as Git

API Integration: Experience integrating third‑party APIs and services into web applications

Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Preferred Experience: Experience with Azure cloud services, RESTful APIs, agile development methodologies, or previous contract‑based development roles
