Job summary

Integrated Future Consulting Group (IFCG) mencari IT QA + Co-Project Manager untuk memastikan kualitas perangkat lunak melalui pengujian dan manajemen defect, serta mendukung PM utama dalam koordinasi proyek dan pelaporan kemajuan. Posisi ini bersifat on-site di West Jakarta.

Peran ini membutuhkan kemampuan komunikasi, analitis, dan organisasi yang baik, serta pengalaman minimum 2–3 tahun di IT/QA atau koordinasi tim lintas fungsi.

Qualifications

• Minimal 2–3 tahun pengalaman IT, QA, atau koordinasi proyek perangkat lunak.
• Memahami metodologi pengujian, SDLC, dan praktik Agile/Scrum.
• Berpengalaman membuat test case, menjalankan pengujian, dan mengelola defect.

Responsibilities

• QA: meninjau kebutuhan, merencanakan/menjalankan тест, dukung UAT.
• Koordinasi proyek: bantu PM utama atur aktivitas harian, laporan progres, dan risiko.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

We are looking for an IT QA + Co-Project Manager (Co-PM) to support software quality assurance and project coordination.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure software quality through testing and defect management. In addition, the role will support the main Project Manager in coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, tracking deliverables, and following up on outstanding tasks to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance (QA)

• Review business and technical requirements to understand system functionality and expected outcomes.
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT support.
• Identify, document, track, and verify bugs and defects until resolution.
• Collaborate with developers and relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure software quality.
• Support testing activities during system releases and deployment.

2. Project Coordination (Co-PM)

• Assist the main Project Manager in coordinating day-to-day project activities.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Follow up with team members on task status, outstanding issues, and action items.
• Coordinate communication between developers, QA, business users, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing project status reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
• Help identify project risks, dependencies, and potential delays, and elevate them to the main Project Manager.
• Support project documentation and ensure project activities are properly tracked.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT, with relevant experience in software QA and/or project coordination.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Hands-on experience in preparing test cases, executing tests, and managing defects.
• Experience coordinating tasks, tracking project progress, and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Able to work collaboratively with the main Project Manager, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
