CODE.ID sedang mencari Manajer Proyek Teknis untuk mengelola pengiriman end-to-end proyek TI yang melibatkan sistem asuransi inti seperti polis, klaim, dan penagihan. Anda akan menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis menjadi solusi teknis dan arsitektur.

Posisi ini menuntut pengalaman minimal 4 tahun dalam manajemen proyek teknis, kerja dengan vendor eksternal, dan kemampuan memodelkan data serta mengoptimalkan pipeline data. Lokasi on-site di Jakarta Selatan, kontrak.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang komputer/informasi/teknik atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman minimal 4 tahun sebagai Technical Project Manager/Project Lead atau peran serupa.
• Pengalaman kuat di proyek platform data, Data Lakehouse/Data Warehouse.
• Pengalaman bekerja dengan vendor eksternal dan sistem integrator.
• Pengalaman implementasi di area seperti batch/delta ingestion, integrasi lintas sistem, orkestrasi ingestion, transformasi data, pemodelan data, dan KPI.
• Kemampuan mentranslasikan kebutuhan bisnis menjadi kebutuhan analitik.

Responsibilities

• Mengelola pengiriman end-to-end proyek TI yang melibatkan sistem asuransi inti (polis, klaim, penagihan).
• Menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis menjadi solusi teknis dan pendekatan arsitektur.
• Menetapkan ruang lingkup teknis, milestone, dan dependensi.
• Bekerja dengan solution architects untuk desain sistem yang skalabel dan aman.
• Meninjau diagram arsitektur, API, dan pola integrasi.
• Memastikan kesesuaian dengan standar arsitektur perusahaan.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects involving core insurance systems (policy, claims, billing)
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture approaches
• Define technical scope, milestones, and dependencies
• Work closely with solution architects to design scalable and secure systems
• Review architecture diagrams, APIs, and integration patterns
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Project Lead, or similar role.
• Strong experience in data platform projects, preferably Cloud Data Lakehouse or Data Warehouse initiatives.
• Experience working with external vendors and system integrators
• The candidate must have hands-on implementation and project experience in the following areas:
• Batch and delta ingestion concepts (CDC, incremental load).
• Integration from multiple source systems (RDBMS, legacy systems, SaaS).
• Understanding ingestion orchestration and scheduling.
• Data transformation and aggregation logic.
• Understanding of derived tables, data modeling, and performance considerations.
• Familiarity with analytical datasets, metrics, and KPI construction.
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical data needs.
