Job summary

JAPFA FOOD INDONESIA is seeking a junior PM to assist in managing multiple projects, coordinating controls, schedules, and progress reporting. You will also perform in-depth business analyses to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions, and act as a business partner to various units.

The role includes project planning, charter creation, timelines, and ensuring projects stay on track, escalating issues, and documenting outcomes for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Good attention to detail (analytical & thinking skills).
• Strong general management & relationship management skills.
• Self-disciplined and able to self-manage and set goals.
• High level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project control, schedules, track progress and reporting to assist management.
• Perform in-depth analysis prior to decision-making or formulation of projects.
• Act as business partner to business units/departments in project management.
• Plan projects, monitor progress, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Gather and document project results to measure success and identify improvements.
• Support general tasks such as preparing presentations and entering project data.
