Job summary

Finns Beach Club Bali seeks a hands-on Project Manager to deliver technology initiatives that improve how the organization operates and enhances guest digital touchpoints. You will own projects end-to-end, manage vendors, and collaborate with teams across the business to ensure solutions meet real needs.

The role requires coordinating across Front Office, Service, Bar, Kitchen, Finance and Marketing, and planning testing and training in Indonesian and English.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in technology or systems implementation, incl. 2 end-to-end projects and one with external vendor
• Solid knowledge of IT project management lifecycle, scope/change control, risk & issue management, estimation and scheduling
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum/Waterfall or similar; CAPM certification
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English, both written and spoken
• Able to discuss APIs, architecture, data flow between systems; coding not required
• Understanding of BPM & Mapping and ability to assess workflows and bottlenecks
• Hospitality or F&B industry experience preferred
• Adaptable and proactive with willingness to take on new responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned IT projects end-to-end from requirements through go-live and handover
• Develop and maintain project plans with milestones, dependencies, risks and budgets
• Manage external vendors against deliverables, timelines and SLAs
• Collaborate with Front Office, Service, Bar, Kitchen, Finance and Marketing to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing with real operational scenarios
• Coordinate user training and change readiness in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Communicate project status, risks, decisions and actions to senior stakeholders with clear ownership
• Lead post-go-live support and handover to IT Operations
