Job summary

STAND TECH, a software house based in Surabaya, Indonesia, is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead successful IT projects from planning to delivery. You will ensure delivery within schedule and quality standards while coordinating with development teams.

The role requires a Diploma (D3) in CS/IT or equivalent and 2+ years of PM experience, with strong analytical, communication, and administrative skills. Familiarity with Scrum and SDLC is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in CS/IT or equivalent.
• 2+ years PM experience in IT projects.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of Scrum, SDLC and related methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects within schedule and quality standards.
• Lead IT projects from initiation to delivery.
• Breakdown tasks and manage them effectively.
• Analyze issues in Development, Test and Production environments.
• Collaborate with developers to gather ideas for features and functionality.

Job description

As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of successful IT projects within schedule and quality standards.

Plan, execute, and deliver successful IT projects within schedule and quality standards

Lead IT projects

Breakdown tasks and manage them effectively

Analyze issues in Development, Test, and Production environments

Collaborate with other developers to collect ideas and solutions for product features and functionality

About you

Possess at least a Diploma (D3) in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Information, or equivalent

Preferably have more than 2 years of Project Management experience

Possess solid analytical thinking skills, strong communication and administrative skills

Have a good knowledge of Project Management methodologies

Proficiency in project and product management software tools

Good knowledge of the Scrum, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and other methodologies related to Software Development
