Job summary

STAND TECH, a software house based in Surabaya, Indonesia, is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead successful IT projects from planning to delivery. You will ensure delivery within schedule and quality standards while coordinating with development teams.

The role requires a Diploma (D3) in CS/IT or equivalent and 2+ years of PM experience, with strong analytical, communication, and administrative skills. Familiarity with Scrum and SDLC is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in CS/IT or equivalent.
• 2+ years PM experience in IT projects.
• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of Scrum, SDLC and related methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects within schedule and quality standards.
• Lead IT projects from initiation to delivery.
• Breakdown tasks and manage them effectively.
• Analyze issues in Development, Test and Production environments.
• Collaborate with developers to gather ideas for features and functionality.
