Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead the Data Acceleration Program from planning through deployment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Indonesia and offshore, drive governance, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Project / Program Management.
• Strong experience in Agile delivery, governance, and stakeholder communication.
• Exposure to Data, Analytics, or BI programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the Data Acceleration Program.
• Manage project scope, schedule, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Indonesia and offshore locations.
• Drive governance meetings, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and escalation management.
• Ensure alignment between business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support SIT, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and handover readiness.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and according to agreed objectives.
