Job summary

PT Lautan Luas Tbk is seeking a skilled IT Project Manager in Jakarta to lead digital transformation initiatives from planning through post-implementation review. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology.
• Experience in IT Project Management, Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, or related fields.
• Good understanding of project management, business process mapping, requirement analysis, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiar with project monitoring, risk and issue management, UAT, and system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate digital transformation projects from planning to post-implementation evaluation.
• Collaborate with business users, Corporate IT, and stakeholders to translate needs into business requirements and digital solutions.
• Monitor progress, milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues to ensure timely execution.
• Identify digitalization, automation, and process improvement opportunities to boost efficiency.
• Coordinate UAT, system implementation, and go-live activities, including user adoption evaluation.
• Benchmark digital initiatives and best practices to suggest improvements across functions.

Job description

Collaborate with business users, Corporate IT, and relevant stakeholders to translate business needs into clear business requirements and digital solutions.

Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues to ensure timely and effective project execution.

Identify digitalization, automation, and business process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system implementation, and go-live activities, including evaluating user adoption and project effectiveness.

Conduct benchmarking of digital initiatives and best practices to recommend improvements across business functions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology.

Experience in IT Project Management, Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, Business Process Improvement, or related fields.

Good understanding of project management, business process mapping, requirement analysis, and digital transformation initiatives.

Familiar with project monitoring, risk and issue management, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and system implementation.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Proactive, well-organized, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of Agile methodologies or relevant professional certifications is an advantage.
