Job summary

PT Data Labs Analytics is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Manager to lead initiatives from conception to completion. You will develop project management plans and schedules, align implementation with timelines, and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver on scope and milestones.

You will identify risks, dependencies, and conflicts, track deliverables, maintain stakeholder communications, and prepare regular progress reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• 1+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Knowledge of PMBOK, PMP, Kanban, or Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and strong interpersonal character.
