Job summary

PT Sqiva Infotech Nusantara is seeking a capable IT project coordinator to assist with planning and scheduling under the Project Manager. You will maintain project timelines with Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project and act as a liaison among developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders.

You will prepare regular updates and reports, gather client feedback, and help manage risks and issues to keep projects on track. The role supports Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning and scheduling with the Project Manager.
• Maintain and update timelines using Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
• Liaise between developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute regular project updates and presentations.
• Collect client feedback and relay it to internal teams.
• Identify potential project risks and report them.
• Log and track issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Help maintain the product backlog and coordinate with Product Owners or Scrum Masters when needed.
• Collaborate with QA team to ensure testing is completed on schedule.
