Job summary

PT Sqiva Infotech Nusantara is seeking an IT project coordinator to monitor internal project management tasks, gather and verify administrative documents, and create project plans with tracking progress and timelines. You will implement and maintain SOPs, workflows, and SLAs to ensure procedures are well-documented, updated, and followed by the team.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in CS and 1–2 years in IT/project coordination; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in IT/project coordination or management; fresh graduates welcome.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Familiar with web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor internal project management tasks, gather and check completeness of administrative documents, and create project plan tracking progress and timeline.
• Provide, implement and maintain SOPs, workflows, and SLAs to ensure procedures are well-documented, updated, and followed by the team.
