Job summary

PT Solutionlabs Group Indonesia is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end IT projects in Yogyakarta. The role requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of IT project management experience.

You will guide projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure, applying Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Strong communication and risk management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as a minimum.
• 3+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and resources.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, QA, infrastructure, vendors and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, scope, schedule, budget, quality and performance.
• Identify, assess and manage risks, issues and changes.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide status updates.
• Coordinate UAT, deployment and handover when required.
• Maintain project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
