Qualifications

• Education: minimum D3/S1 in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Proficiency in databases: MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
• Understanding of computer networks (LAN/WAN), Mikrotik, and hardware/software troubleshooting
• Ability to work individually and in teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Minimum 1 year experience in IT/Programmer field (fresh graduates welcome if they have relevant portfolio)

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve company applications
• Conduct system needs analysis and create program documentation
• Handle troubleshooting for hardware, software, networks, and IT devices

• Perform data backup and maintain company information system security
