- Education: minimum D3/S1 in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in databases: MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
- Understanding of computer networks (LAN/WAN), Mikrotik, and hardware/software troubleshooting
- Ability to work individually and in teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT/Programmer field (fresh graduates welcome if they have relevant portfolio)
